LVSF is dedicated to passing on industry standard knowledge and experience of film production on to you. The founders and teachers of this school are a part of a working production company, equipped with a passion not only to make films, but to pass on their knowledge and skills to others with the same passion.
Las Vegas School of Film offers its students the education that delves into all industry techniques of the fun and exciting filmmaking process, providing them the tools for future success in the industry. We support the saying "learn by doing." How else are you supposed to gain the experience your future film career will require?
Las Vegas is becoming the next Hollywood hotspot, rich with increasing opportunity. The Vegas film scene is attracting powerful new voices in film. Each year, stars trek to the city to stake their claim while Las Vegas film festivals continue to draw serious industry attention. This industry is hungry for originality, talent, and...something new. If you think you may possess any of these qualities, we wish to help you cultivate them and offer an education that will help you accomplish your goals.
LVSF students are trained and readied for obtaining internships and jobs upon completion of courses. Of course, it is up to the student and their educational success whether this is accomplished. Our program offers a unique opportunity where upon graduation of a course, students may be eligible for an internship on a live set with our LVSF production company. The more courses students take, the more experience they will get, which means the more they may become eligible for acquiring and moving up in production positions. Students may also be offered internships and jobs with other companies as well.
